Almost all of the students who study English in Whistler live in carefully selected host families why on foot or by public transport all live within 30 minutes of the school. Families offer furnished single or double rooms with bathroom, full board and laundry service. Living in a host family in Whistler will also provide students with plenty of opportunities to use and improve their newly acquired English skills. It also gives students who come to study English at our language school in Whistler the opportunity to become acquainted with the culture in Canada, and so can provide them with a valuable experience in addition to their English language course.

 

All students including their friends who wish to study English in Whistler are welcome to stay together in the same host family. Should you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, allergies, etc.), please state these on your enrolment form, so that the family can prepare for these needs as best as possible.

Student House

The Student House is a 20-minute walk from the language school in Whistler. If you go by bus, the ride only takes you about two minutes to the school and 10 minutes to the city centre. Each Student House consists of four bedrooms (2 of which are shared), two shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen where students can cook their meals. Wireless LAN, TV, phone and a washing machine are also available.

The English language school in Whistler is happy to arrange other accommodation for you in your preferred price range. You are also welcome to book your English language course in Whistler without accommodation provided by us.

Airport pickup and drop-off

Pickup from and drop-off at the airport is not included in course fees but is easily arranged. Please see our price list for fees. You can also get to your accommodation using public transport. Further information regarding such travel will be sent to you with your travel documents for your English language course in Canada.
