Most of the students who study English in Brighton live in carefully selected host families who live no more than 20 to 30 minutes on foot, or five to ten minutes by public transport, from the English language school. Families offer furnished, single or double rooms with access to a bathroom, breakfast or half board and laundry service. Living in a host family in Brighton will also provide students with plenty of opportunities to use and improve their newly acquired English skills. It also gives students who come to study English at the language school in Brighton the opportunity to become acquainted with British culture, and so can provide them with a valuable experience in addition to their English language course. Friendships, which often develop, can last well beyond the duration of the stay.

 

All students and their friends who wish to study English in Brighton are welcome to stay together in the same host family. Should you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, allergies, etc.), please state these on your enrolment form, so that the family can prepare for these needs as best as possible.
