Almost all of the students who study English in Auckland live in carefully selected host families who on foot or by public transport all live within 5 to 25 minutes of the language school. Families offer furnished single rooms with access to a bathroom, half board during the week and full board at weekends. Living in a host family in Auckland will also provide students with plenty of opportunities to use and improve their newly acquired English skills. It also gives students who come to study English at the language school in Auckland the opportunity to become acquainted with the culture in New Zealand, and so can provide them with a valuable experience in addition to their English language course.

All students and their friends who wish to study English in Auckland are welcome to stay together in the same host family. Should you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, allergies, etc.), please state these on your enrolment form, so that the family can prepare for these needs as best as possible.

Hostel

The language school in Auckland also offers accommodation in a hostel which is only a few minutes away from the school. All rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis, and fresh towels and bedding are provided. For a small fee, you can also do your laundry and use the Internet at the hostel.
