Many of the students who study English at the language school in San Diego live in carefully selected host families, who by public transport all live within approximately 30 minutes of the language school. Families offer furnished single or double rooms with breakfast or half board and access to a bathroom. Living in a host family in San Diego will also provide students with plenty of opportunities to use and improve their newly acquired English skills. It also gives students who come to study English at our language school in San Diego the opportunity to become acquainted with the culture in the USA, and so can provide them with a valuable experience in addition to their English language course.

All students and their friends who wish to study English in San Diego are welcome to stay together in the same host family. Should you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, allergies, etc.), please state these on your enrolment form, so that the family can prepare for these needs as best as possible.

The shared apartments offer reasonably priced accommodation in single rooms with your own bathroom. The kitchen is shared with students from all over the world. All rooms have a TV, a microwave and air-conditioning. The language school is about 10-15 minutes away by public transport. Bedding is provided, but students are required to bring their own towels.

Airport Pickup and Drop-off

Pickup from the airport is included in the price, if you book accommodation with a host family. If you book other accommodation, pickup from and drop-off at the airport is not included in course fees but is easily arranged. Please see our price list for fees.
