Biarritz is located at the foot of the Pyrenees and is known for its gorgeous beaches, luxurious hotels, and extravagant casinos. Over the centuries many famous people (such as Napoleon, Frank Sinatra, and Alexandre Dumas) have spent time in this wonderful city. It is because of these famous personalities that the little fishing village Biarritz has become known as the "Queen of Resorts."
