Accommodation

The language school in Tamarindo wants to ensure that all students who choose to study Spanish at this school have a fantastic educational experience in Costa Rica. We want to make sure that you not only enjoy your Spanish language course at the language school in Tamarindo, but that you also have the right kind of accommodation that best suits your needs. For this reason we have provided a choice of various accommodation options below for you to choose from.

Host Family

Many of the students who study Spanish in Tamarindo live in carefully selected host families who by public transport all live within 15 minutes of the language school. In additions, the language school in Tamarindo offers a communal transfer service to and from the school in the mornings and evenings. Families offer furnished single rooms with half board. Living in a host family in Tamarindo will also provide students with plenty of opportunities to use and improve their newly acquired Spanish skills. It also gives students who come to study Spanish at our language school in Tamarindo the opportunity to become acquainted with the culture in Costa Rica, and so can provide them with a valuable experience in addition to their Spanish language course.

All students including their friends who wish to study Spanish in Tamarindo are welcome to stay together in the same host family. Should you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, allergies, etc.), please state these on your enrolment form, so that the family can prepare for these needs as best as possible.

Hotel

The hotel in Tamarindo provides quiet and comfortable accommodation. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the town centre. The comfortable rooms are situated in a tropical garden around the hotel pool. You can choose between a room with a fan or air-conditioning, fridge and TV. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom and a safe. Facilities include a communal kitchen, free Internet access and WLAN for your laptop. You can get to our language school in just five minutes on foot.

Shared Apartments

The apartments, which belong to the language school in Tamarindo, are right next to it. Every apartment has 2 to 3 shared rooms. The shared rooms (max 3 people per room) are completely air-conditioned, and have a bathroom, kitchen and cable TV. This is an ideal way to make new friends. Bedding is provided, but you should bring your own towels.
