Accommodation

Most of the students who study Spanish in San Sebastian live in carefully selected host families who on foot all live within 30 minutes of the language school, or can easily be reached using public transport. Families offer furnished single and double rooms (only for students travelling together) with breakfast or half board, and laundry service. Living in a host family in San Sebastian will also provide students with plenty of opportunities to use and improve their newly acquired Spanish skills. It also gives students who come to study Spanish at our language school in San Sebastian the opportunity to become acquainted with the culture in Spain, and so can provide them with a valuable experience in addition to their Spanish language course.

All students including their friends who wish to study Spanish in San Sebastian are welcome to stay together in the same host family. Should you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, allergies, etc.), please state these on your enrolment form, so that the family can prepare for these needs as best as possible.

Shared Apartment

There is also the option of living in an apartment with other international language students or Spanish students. Each of these apartments has three to four bedrooms, a bathroom and a washing machine. A fully furnished kitchen will allow you to be completely self-sufficient during your stay. You can choose either a single or double (only for students travelling together) room. Every student is responsible for his or her own room. Apartments are cleaned twice per week and provided with fresh bedding. Students are required to bring their own towels. When booking a room in a shared apartment, please be aware that there is a 150 Euro deposit that is returned at the end of your language course provided that the room remains in good condition.

The Spanish language school in San Sebastian is happy to arrange other accommodation for you in your preferred price range. You are also welcome to book your Spanish language course in San Sebastian without accommodation provided by us.

Airport pickup and drop-off

Pickup from and drop-off at the airport is not included in course fees but is easily arranged. Please see our price list for fees. You can also get to your accommodation using public transport. Further information regarding such travel will be sent to you with your travel documents for your Spanish language course in Spain.
